Melissa Leake, Assistant Director of Residential Services, joined Bristol Adult Resource Center in June of 2023. Melissa’s passion for working with individuals with special needs started with her work with ICF facilities. Throughout the 30 years she has in the Human Services field, she has worked in both day and residential programs.

Prior to coming to BARC, Melissa was an area coordinator of three ICF facilities, a program coordinator and created and opened a DSO program. In her current role, she oversees six of BARC’s twelve residential homes (CRS and CLA).

When she isn’t focusing on her family or work, Melissa volunteers and forms teams for Relay for Life.
