This is an exciting moment in BARC’s history! Our individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities work really hard at our café on Jerome Avenue, The Hidden Café, for over 40 years. We are expanding our Food Service program and will be opening a Café on the first floor of 225 N. Main Street in Bristol. Our expansion to this location means that that many more people will see and learn about what we do, and how hard our individuals work.
The menu will be soups, sandwiches, and salads, with other items available to take on the run (like fruit and yogurt). As well as various drink options.
We would like to thank BARC’s Board of Directors for believing that BARC’s individuals can be successful here.
We would also like to thank the City of Bristol and its ARPA task force for making it possible for BARC to have our home base downtown.
