Jenn has been the Director of Administrative Services for BARC since 2021. She oversees a staff of professionals who service and support one of BARC’s most valuable assets – its workforce. Focus areas of her department include benefits, compensation management, payroll administration, recruitment, staffing management, employee development, marketing, fleet management, fundraising, technology, leave management, workers compensation and recordkeeping for BARC’s 200+ employees.

With over 15 years of professional Human Resources experience, Jenn provides support to her coworkers and team to help them achieve programmatic, business, and operational goals. Along with a strong business insight, her comprehensive background in HR management, recruitment, retention, compensation, labor relations, policy interpretation, training and communication has resulted in strong relationships with her peers.

Jenn has a B.A. in History with a minor in Sociology from Central Connecticut State University and earned her M.B.A. with a concentration in Human Resources Management from the University of New Haven. Jenn is a sibling of an individual who has an IDD diagnosis and is a strong supporter of supported decision-making and community inclusion. Throughout her career, she has been a member of many community organizations, including The Lions Club as well as volunteering at local food banks and toy drives. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family (Husband, two daughters and a Chihuahua named, Buddy) going on adventures throughout New England.
