September 16th, BARC’s leadership team attended an all day (6 hour) training at Max Pizza IV in Bristol.
The ultimate goal was to help equip BARC’s Assistant Managers, Managers and Directors with the leadership, communication, and collaboration skills needed to lead their teams and strengthen cross-departmental alignment.
