There are two types of employment options: the individual placement and the enclave placement.

Individual placement is where the job coach remains on the job site providing daily training until the worker is able to independently perform his/her job to the employer's satisfaction. Once the training is completed, supports are given as needed.

Enclave placement is for those needing more support to sustain employment. An enclave consists of several workers employed at the same job site, working the same hours. The job coach trains each worker in their job and then remains at the job site for the entire length of employment providing job assistance and training as needed.

Amanda

In addition, our Work Activity Program seeks sub-contracted jobs where the following skills are used: collating, packaging, stuffing envelopes, light assembly jobs, fly/coupon distribution, and sorting.
